The lights are dim, the waitress brings you a menu, where MUTE’s chef Kaspars Krūmiņš has put his heart and soul into each dish, wine, specifically chosen for the meal, is poured, or maybe vice versa … And the adventure can begin.

MUTE is classified as modern Latvian cuisine. But what exactly is it? For us, it is a very personal approach from the chef, combining time honoured Latvian products and flavours, respecting the changes of the season, and adding those secret ingredients, to which guests exclaim- “We'll be back, because our taste buds are rejoicing!” And we will welcome you!
